I've just finished my second Colleen hoover book (it ends with us), having previously read Verity, and I'm extremely underwhelmed.
I don't understand why these books are so raved about by lots of people.
I read a lot of thrillers so I thought maybe that's why I didn't enjoy verity, it felt predictable and the characters were unlikable. So I thought I'd give her another go with it ends with us as that's not something I would usually pick up, and everyone I've spoken to says 'it broke me' 'i read it in a day and was crying my eyes out at the end' needless to say I didn't have this response, am I missing something?!?!
