It also sort of depends where you sit. People in the orchestra sections are usually more dressed up, while folks in the loges/balconies are more casual

I think the dispatcher heard “lift” and the “yes” to being “conscious,” and assumed he was OK, just unable to get up. The key words were that he did not respond to her (the roommate) when she called out to him. I'm not a dispatcher and I don’t play one on tv, but that would have sent my antenna up and I would have asked her to go over and shake him or something and see if he would respond. If not, send the bus L&S.

As I said in my first post, some retraining is in order here (or changing the existing training on how calls like this are answered).

Except that there actually are people with thousands of dollars in outstanding traffic/parking fines (and are still driving around free in those cars).

Do you have a gun safe in the car? If not, don’t leave it there.

You’re not taking it home with you? It’s been decades since I've been to an indoor range, but don’t some of them have places you can store your guns? Maybe rent a locker/safe at one of these places til you get back.
