The Arboretum has different varieties of Cherry Blossoms so they might be still around then. They have information in their app about the different varieties so you can do your own tour. There won’t be as many in bloom at once but it’s still really nice to go. In the Tidal Basin, there are only 2 varieties of cherry blossoms so they all bloom at once.
