Chakakian Rugs and Flags at 12255 Veirs Mill Road in Silver Spring. Next to the Burger King just NW of Randolph Road. You should check ahead if you're not local to them.

Never saw them spray it but maybe they are worried about getting cited or in trouble with people who hate scents.

Always quiet and never seen them speaking.

I remember there was a flag kiosk in the food court of pentagon mall. Idk if it’s still there, the last time I was there was 25 years ago when I was in HS 😂
