I read news, look at charts, and guess if the price is going up or down, how much it will change, and how long that will take. My long term gains are around -80%

The economy will eventually get better since the world's largest exporter has lifted the Covid restriction at the beginning of this year. So the general strategy is to buy calls, and occasionally short if things are overbought/oversold. The market doesn't always react to the news immediately, so I just give it time and do options that are about two weeks long.

Try getting out of bed 2 minutes before the opening bell. Have 32 EMA's on your charts, and just type whatever you first see on CNBC USA. Yolo just fuck it flip a coin up or down. Your welcome!

Probably in the top 5 for pieces of advice I’ve seen on this sub. Seeing those digits inside your bank app is like post-nut clarity.

I also recommend buying something you’ve had on your wish-list for a while, something you’d never normally buy with your paycheque. Like I personally ended up buying a nice camera, after years of saying I’ve always wanted a “professional” camera.

Making those abstract numbers and graphs feel tangible will seriously save you (and your jaw from the late nights behind Wendy’s)
