No one knows, Disney has said nothing. There's some spurious stuff out there but really only Disney knows.
All we know for sure is viewing figures were not high enough to get renewal.

I totally forgot about gargoyles! I loved that show as a kid! Is it streaming anywhere?

How else will they clearly establish who the villain is for that season?

After the movie, the show started slipping.

Man, I loved his Star Wars novels as a kid. Michael Reaves was so inventive and genre savvy... the MedStar duology was M.A.S.H. set during the Clone Wars, and it was awesome.
Coruscant Nights was a great series weaving in and out of the criminal underworld, focusing on relatively "street-level" characters and their personal stories.
That's something Star Wars could do with a lot more of, when you contrast Andor's success with... whatever the hell the Mando Cinematic Universe has become.
Here's hoping some of Reaves' material gets a proper adaptation. RIP, and thank you for all of the wonderful stories.

I loved the first season cause it was just monster of the week.
I stopped after the first season, but surely Mulder doesn't become too obsessed with his sister right from the second season, right??

most new shows are overrated.....did you ever see Fargo? the first few seasons were really good.......the only newer series I liked was Stranger Things

The creators of Modern Family wrote the character of Phil with Ty Burrell in mind, but the studio instead offered the role to Matt Leblanc, who turned it down (hence the role finally being offered to Ty).
The creators wanted Ed O’Niel for Jay but the studio preferred Craig T Nelson. A pay dispute meant that Craig turned down the role.
