With China aligning with Russia time to ban all chicom nationals from U.S. employment and research universities.

I would say dumbest billionaire that is in the public spotlight. And only because Trump is very probably not really a billionaire although he claims he is.

He didn't say there weren't jobs, just that they pay poorly.
In the USA they can get like $200k with some years of experience - you'd never get that in your entire career in Europe (incl. UK).

or, and hear me out for a moment: We tell the colleges to get bent, force them to lower their stupidly insane prices, so that more people can get educated to increase the number of tech workers instead of relying on outsiders while the people here get screwed over.

It absolutely can be for some people in the very common scenario of being on probation. Typically, probation orders forbid people from being around illegal activities and criminals. The scenario above could be used directly or as an aggravator to revoke probation and bring charges.
Sure, they could likely try to appeal or plead their case that they were visiting their family a few doors down and unrelated to the drug bust, but that’s going to take time before you get in front of a judge. In the meantime, the probation officer already revoked the probation and the person is in jail.

they are not required to ask, only to announce.

Can confirm, my "doers" get a lot more work than the ones that need prodding and hand holding. As a manager I have limited time too. In the end though, I make sure they are rewarded with bonuses and promotions, but yeah, this is a thing.

Hahaha - have they ever looked at salaries in those countries?
As a Europoor I can assure you the Tech immigration is only going the other direction. Americans earn at least 3x the salaries with lower taxes too.

This is propaganda to make workers cheaper for certain companies in the US by manufacturing consent.
