Guess I better take off my marijuana earrings, wouldn't want to be caught with accessories on my person.

We are in a bussell home (not in nixa) and aside from some minor issues we haven’t had any problems. I would recommend them.

I do real estate and from the min I started, I was told never buy a trendsetter home. They fall apart and are built as cheap as possible. When Ryan builds a home specifically for someone, I hear it’s great but the already built…. Don’t do it!!!!!

We looked at a trendsetter home and it just seem so cheaply made. We ended up going with bussel there were some minor issues but really I mean minor we’ve been in our home a year now. Bussell also includes tons of upgrades as standard eg granite countertops wood cabinets hardwood floors. Our neighborhood also comes with full brick exterior.

If you have money.
Springfield feels like a free to play, pay to win game to me. Northside cheap housing and high crime. South side, more expensive homes, nicer neighborhoods, less crime. Fortunately, it seems like there is plenty of work available here at the moment.

I also shouldn't have to listen to moms scream at unruly kids in the grocery store. Sometimes, the people in public aren't like the people in your private life, and that's okay.

That's sort of slogan for March Madness and all the different basketball tournaments. Win the current game, and move on to the next one.

I work around trendsetter. The houses may look nice, but give it 5 or 10 years you will spend more repairing it. Especially in Cheyenne valley.

Yeah agreed those new houses there building in nixa are a joke, the most cheaply built houses ive ever seen. You might as well buy a trailer house and save 100k

Hey I can agree with some of your sentiments, but some of us consume for medical health issues or chronic pain. I have considered stopping but my other option is prescribed benzos or narcotics. I heavily prefer marijuana.
This could also be the case for these “smelly” people. Even making your own edibles (aka not explicitly smoking) from dispo flower can make your entire house smell. You don’t really get a choice unless you have a lot of money to afford premade edibles.
To be honest, this mentality that “if I smell it you’re an addict” is what kept me away from it for so long. It has helped me tremendously. I wish more people knew that others might need it for health reasons or for pain relief and you can’t really avoid the smell if you’re poor.

What a fucking boomer take. I'm a collector and this is a perfect example of the stupid deflecting people do. Anything to not acknowledge maybe there should just be less weapons.

I doubt you've sold many of his homes if you think Oller is good. That man is a piece of trash. Absolute scum bag with a terrible reputation.

Glad you got to see my post before some of the panhandlers & beggars on this sub saw it. There's a ton of violence, shootings, stabbings, muggings etc. downtown. It's a simple fact that a lot of crime is concentrated there. I just wouldn't ever get caught late there. Like I said, there's a lot of bias on this sub and a seemingly large number of homeless people(I didn't realize this was such a popular place for them until recently) and non homeless people that have their own opinions. To each their own!

You don't appear to be coping with it healthily. You might consider moving to a more peaceful, tolerant country with solid gun laws, like Mexico. Guns are not allowed there and they have excellent law enforcement and ZERO gun crime.
Or just keep finding a way to get by in this country, where it is as awful as you describe.

Personally, I'd buy a 100 year old house in one of the good center city neighborhoods.

Yeh, imagine the carnage if someone who was disturbed and angry was wandering around inside a school, going from room to room without a gun. Oh yeh. There wouldn’t be any.
