Great point. How did I not consider that. Thank you for the highly intellectual rebuttal. I am going to call Ashton Kutcher and get you a mensa application.

I always stop for people at these but sometimes I think stopping is creating a bigger problem. I stop so they think it's safe to go but then cars coming the other direction don't stop and just speed through. I've seen so many people almost get hit.

> Our unchecked capitalism is gonna raw-dog this country until there’s no one left who’s able to buy anything.
I sometimes wonder if our corporate masters realize how much Americans value eating out. Our social safety and services may be gutted, none of us can afford to buy a house, and we’ll all be bankrupted by a single bad medical bill, but damnit, we can all ignore that if we can go stuff our faces on cheap reheated SYSCO crap at the local restaurant of choice.
If people start getting priced out of being able to eat out, people might start getting legitimately angry at the state of things.

Likely. It was more the psychological effect of it than anything and I can be aware of that while still feeling myself in it.

Sounds like a smaller plate would have fixed the problem.
PS all tots are frozen. You are paying for reheated frozen sides.

I came here because I also have a blind neighbor, and yesterday she scared the shit out off me, she walk to my door and bang it loud. She needed help with her toasted oven. I went over and their was nothing to put in their she had no food. I recently meet her and she told me their a lady that helps her with groceries idk sometimes it be 3 days and I don’t see no food delivery. I try to help but she tells me she don’t need a care giver. She just wants to sit and talk because she’s lonely
