Lol. Funny thought and obviously that's not what I meant. But it's easy to leave large vehicles and equipment on site and take shuttles to the small lots for employees when you're working for months on end in a neighborhood laying underground.

I lived across the street from Chimborazo for a little bit. The key is just to not be obnoxious or flagrant about it. Saw plenty of picnics with wine and beer, had a few of my own and never had an issue. As long as you're not walking around with open containers or leaving trash around I doubt anyone would even notice tbh.
Heck, Garnett's sells picnic lunches, including wine, for people to take across the street to Meadow park. I doubt it's high on RPD's list of concerns.

Once I was crossing Park Dr in Byrd Park with my two kids. A driver stopped to let us pass. The driver behind them swerved around the stopped car and nearly ran us over.

Cremation. When you have a place of your own you can scatter the ashes there.

Plus not using herbicide is cheaper than using it lol

The place across the street Stadium also told someone I know who had just moved here to politely leave after he finished his one beer.

That’s right….and this is a “river city” and all the storm runoff gets to the James.

No HOA, just a giant rental complex full of rented townhouses. No one that lives here owns their home.

Or your furry pal will be dug up by someone hungry. So really, cremation is the right thing to do here I think.

Yes, they usually put their vehicle with flashing lights, cones, or flares up behind them as a buffer between them and the sign or whatever it is they're working on.

Sorry, its literally my backyard. I took these shots standing a few feet off my porch.
If it helps I'm in the Reed's Hill neighborhood of Midlothian. There's a group of about 25 deer that pass through near Old Gun every morning around 7a and in the evening around 6p.

I prefer crossing at the one that doesn't have a signal because
A. I don't trust drivers to actually stop. B. There's less traffic C. There's much more sight distance (which is why it doesn't really need a dedicated signal)

The most Richmond thing I’ve ever heard. Open up establishment in former industrial area to take advantage of “shabby southern urban aesthetic” and then complain about the reality of said aesthetic.

I think you would put Dominion out of business pretty quick when you scattered the fleet for 100s of miles and left the employees no way to get to their work vehicle without parking at a random place and then somehow getting their car again after parking at a new random place.

Reread your lease to see if it says anything about this issue you're having, landlords are legally able to get away with a lot of bullshit unless it's specifically prohibited in your lease

Which is precisely why I don't cross. Predictable traffic is safe traffic. And I predict not everyone will stop. So I play it safe lol.
