I’ve seen a guy who rides with two (boxers I think?). The dogs run well but I too always feel like I’m about to see a horrible accident with the way people drive on Hope. Maybe he’s gotten a third dog since the summer?

Past 2 nights it's been a pretty blue. In 6 months I have not met a single RIslander who knows meaning of the color scheme in general. I find it humorous but the capitol is pretty

What color was it? It’s national eating disorder awareness week this week and I know they lit it up last year for that

Each color configuration is code for emergency instructions for how to avoid the tasteless, odorless, colorless poison gas that has penetrated our atmosphere.

So you just have to follow the instructions or else you might die.

It's such a bummer that this doesn't get updated properly. The whole point is to show support or celebrate something but then most people have no idea what that thing is.

Yeah, "only in school zones" and "during school hours" makes it all seem sooo rational. The reality is try driving 20mph. It is incredibly, unnaturally slow and 15mph below the normal posted limit of 35mph. Second, it's not just during opening and dismissal, it's all day long, even when no children are anywhere around. And finally, the whole program is administered by a private company who installed the equipment. You send your "fine" to them and they pocket the majority of the revenue as profit and only pass on a small fraction to the city. This is obscene public policy in the guise of children's safety.

This is another reason why teachers who are not properly vetted and fully certified should NOT be hired!! The amount of “teachers” who are not actual teachers is insane. Yes, it makes a huge difference. By the time I was alone in a classroom with children, I had been under intense observation and scrutiny for 5 years. These types of people usually (but not always) get weeded out well before they are left alone with children. This makes me sick. I hope the students are alright and they get any help they need.

The way I see it, as is it is destined to fail. I imagine National Grid/RI Energy will attempt to undercut to kill the program if it's going to damage the bottom line.

Looking at my current bill I'm seeing a 0.17785 charge so even paying the highest rate on the current notification will bring down 0.12321 I'll still be saving money as well as contributing as long as I can afford it.

Only been in RI for 7 billing cycles worth, however so I don't got personal historical data for it.
0.0781 x 2
0.14127498 x 1
0.17785 x 4
