I pressure wash my siding lol. But before I do that I buy this stuff called 30 second cleaner, they'll be setting it at the front of lowes/home depot soon. Wear sacrificial clothes the stuff is basically liquid chlorine concentrate, and even using the hose attachement they give you, it will trash your clothes.

Spray it on, 30 seconds, pressure wash off.

Don't get it on your windows, Brick, Tin, Aluminum, Vinyl, all fine.

That’s a good point. You’d think Waffle House would take notice and move in somewhere over there. I’m sure the one by Meadows makes a killing lol

To expand on this:

If it's within the posted timeframe and you've parked there for two hours, you can't just move your car to a different spot and expect to be good for another two hours: this sign applies to the entire "U" zone; you'd need to park somewhere that is designated with a different letter.

Saw some photos floating around on facebook. I know nothing about vehicles but the comments made it sound like poor maintenance on the truck. Something about looked like screwed fell out and caused an issue with the axle.

Edit - per someone claiming to be the tow truck driver but they don't specify if the damage is from the accident or the cause of the accident.

"Sheared all the bolts off both axles, no clue how it didn't blow any tires or rims, even hit the front wheel and bent the front leaf springs at the front shackle"

Depending on the size and detail, my girlfriend does tattoos as a hobby on the side. She does stick and poke but with all the correct materials and cleanness. So she could do it, only thing is it will take a longer. But would be cheaper than going to a tattoo shop. Let me know if interested.

Geeeeeez. Poor roof and chimney. Sure, we don't get snow this winter but instead, all this damn wind!!

My neighbor's huge tree fell down (on a nonwindy night) and took out the power to my house a few weeks ago so DLC had to run new wire from the pole. Had to hire an electrician too to replace the weather head (new word for me). The line looks way more secure now but even with the wind last night, it was making me nervous!

Hope you fare ok this Saturday!

> there are absolutely people who would be willing to work a night shift at a restaurant

I'd say that there aren't, since none of these places can find any.

Restaurant work fucking sucks and there's an ongoing mass death event that killed over 260K people last year, which spreads explosively in restaurants. There are reasons these places can't find labor.

OP doesn't need two lawyers for this, there are plenty of really good general practitioners around that can efficiently handle both. Personal injury and landlord-tenant are not super complex areas of law. I saw a recommendation for Howard Murphy in the thread, and I would agree.
