I get that a 20 year maximum prison sentence is “life” for a 65 year old. But, only 20 years for importing and distributing enough drugs to kill 10’s of millions of people across the country (and who knows how many people have actually died due to the drugs she specifically imported)??? If she were any age under 60 this would not be justice served.

Ya for sure. Just annoyed how elected officials can even say ridiculous things like that when it’s right under their noses.

I grew up in San Jose. LAPD and New Orleans PD get a lot of attention and a lot of hate, but a majority of my interactions with SJPD have been negative. Terrible organization with a history of corruption and abuse.

If someone puts a bucket on your head and you're blinded, you do not, I repeat, DO NOT KNOW THEIR INTENTIONS. Some people will immediately defend themselves, and start swinging. Others will have severe panic or fear. No one just goes "oh goodness me, is that a child placing a bucket on my head! I've been had!"
