As someone who goes to the dog park 4-5x a week, there is a big difference between barking and excessive barking.
There are definitely dog who will bark continuously for hours. They shouldn’t be at a dog park, this makes other dogs more aggressive too, to have a dog follow you arriving barking in your face isn’t pleasant for anyone.

For an unlawful eviction. In the UK changing the locks without a court order. Would result in an urgent court order to allow the tennant back in and substantial fines in the region of £2,000. And that's just for being locked out over a weekend. Before getting a court order on the Monday.

I used to watch clips of this on YouTube and get a kick out of it. Kind of surprised it’s going to be on mainstream American TV now

Or until there are more viable competitive leagues for top talent. All it takes is a guy offering a little more money for UFC to lose all the talent. Unfortunately at the moment UFC is likely the best paying league in MMA

Slapping contests remind me of an old video I saw with two drunk hillbillies sitting on patio furniture in shorts, taking turns zapping each other with electric bug zappers.
If it makes money, I guess I'll start a league for apple-bobbing in hot grease.

I think they do. It seems the insurance company paid out, but is then chasing the driver. But to try to recover the total value is simply not possible in these circumstances in a more advanced regulatory system. It hasn't been for generations.

I'd be fine if they just baked the insurance into the cost of the rentals to be honest. Ill bet that 99% of people have no idea whether their insurance will cover a rental vehicle.

It would seem odd that the hire company doesn't have some sort of basic cover for their whole fleet to cover, say, total loss.
I can't imagine this sort of thing happens terribly often (which will keep the cost fairly low, particularly if it has a high excess), and it'll be a lot easier to claim on the insurance and sting the customer for a high excess than ask them to hand over $50k.

Taking your mouth shut draw attention. Holding up a blank piece of paper draws attention. If you are standing on a streat with you eyes closed does that draw attention? Honest question if you saw a person on the street with they eyes closed would you even notice? would the cops have known she was praying if they didn't ask? Again if you are protesting you whant to draw attention you whant to be metaphorically loud wich she wasn't. If I stand in a corner in a concentration camp eyes closed would you think I am protesting? If no that why would anybody think she was protesting. From what I know she wasn't even there an unusual amount of time if you stand somewhere for hours that can be a Form of protest. But again she wasn't.

Cocaine probably isn't what I'd have chosen to deal with insane children. Maybe some Xanax and a glass of wine. The goal is to be so mellow the kids won't be able to get a reaction out of you and will adjust to the mellow vibes.
