Did TLOS ever run into the master of the grey world as Kate? If so could someone link the specific chapter?

This was a great series and I loved reading it. I just have one question about the lore. Who is Cautious, and what happened to Elly? (Sidenote: When did Carlos even learn his name?) Is Cautious the King before Elly, or after, and if so, what caused the change so quickly. This timeline aligns at least somewhat with the events of Toby and Max. So has 10 years passed between these events and Cautious passed and Elly became king? I hope not, I like both of them. Or is Cautious not actually the King and Carlos just mistook him for it?
I haven't read all of the stories so it's possible it's been explained somewhere else already. Just at the moment it seems like a bit of a plot hole.

I think the flickering man always knew about her realm. They are inhumans, and they prolly know each other's territories. While the flickering man works for the administration, he doesn't have to tell them everything.
The real problem is that the administration knew how to make deals with the master of the gray world. It cannot be a coincidence that the master of the gray world just happened to find the laundry lady's realm. The eyeball has got to be the mediator between the administration and the master of the gray world.

Okay, it's definitely not bound to anywhere or anything. This is your problem as well now, and something tells me things are going to get worse. Head to Jared's and work things out from there, or you'll both be on your own, dealing with the same malevolent spirit/demon.

There was a similar one wherein a person discovers an alternate world where the neanderthals ruled and how the OP was being experimented like a guinea pig. That one was darker.
