Yeah but at the same time let's be careful about further guilting others. We're imperfect by nature and with the societal onslaught of social media and all that brings, it's understandable that the whole "see something say something" doesn't always come to mind like it did ten or twenty years ago.

Yeah I think it was a beneficial thing in retrospect. I was the most mature eighth grader anyone had ever met after that. But I went through a lot to get there. I'll have lived two full lives by the end of it all, and no one else I've met can say that. There have been a lot of bad days but a lot of really good ones too.
