Don’t turn yourself in? How can they prove it was you? Don’t mention anything to anyone. Just go back to where you are living at. Claim to have no knowledge of anything. Worst comes to worst you tell them they beat you up so you ran outta town back to where you were living at. It wasn’t your gun. I hope you weren’t bleeding though cause if they find your blood at the crime scene you’re screwed. And you better hope that store didn’t have a security camera.

OK? But I have?

So I sleep in the attic, and most nights I would hear noises or hear things being banged on, see shadows standing around in the room or faces staring at me when I was half asleep, eventually waking up to see things not quite in their original positions (moved enough where I was sure it wasn't that way, but not moved enough where I was sure that it wasn't just me and I had moved it). This "activity" would mostly occur during the 'witching hour' or around 3 AM, though sometimes it happened earlier or later into the night.

So, I did what any rational person would do and called this apparent ghost that I had no relation to a little bitch and to do something more drastic than spook me. Nothing ever came of it and I eventually realized that activity would drop a bit if I left the attic TV running. So, I audibly made a sort of "deal" with it where I would leave the TV on every night and it would cease its spooky antics. This worked for a time and I would only have these instances occasionally when I was too tired to remember to turn on Youtube autoplay and fell straight asleep.

Fast forward to a year later and it's started again...

It hasn't been violent so far and didn't really react when I called it a little bitch so I'm confused as to why it's been starting again. Maybe it wants a different vein of autoplay videos? OP, in your professional opinion, how fucked am I?

I've just realized that I would be a very bad 911 operator. When the young lady said that the bear dude was going to kill her, my immediate response was "no, you'll be fine, he's just going to turn you into a little bear! That will take a while, and I'm sure we'll find you before then."
