Migraines themselves can cause hallucinations, of course. I had a 3 week migraine where I had a wonderful ocular migraine that disguised itself as a TIA or mini stroke, I had constant vertigo and was always nauseous. I'm sure that I hallucinated a great, many things I'm those 3 weeks. The body is weird. There I was thinking I'd had a fuxkin stroke at 29 and all it was was a migraine, albeit, a terrible, never ending one.

Maybe the thing tapped on the back window even though it shattered the front window 🤷‍♀️. I also don't know how he got home. There is a very good chance that OPs body was dumped in the woods.

I feel like there should have been no way it found him after driving 250 miles. Op never said it had a car so idk. But if it could find him in his car after driving 250 miles I would assume it could sense where he is and never would have been tricked by the blanket covered junk.

It is wouldn't have been tricked by OPs tri k than it is probably the Doppelganger that lived. Also maybe they were both doppelgangers the while time and there would have been black tar no matter who died.

This story really hit home. My dad is going through chemo at the moment. Stage 4 cancer. The part about how her dad looked so frail and like he would break made me tear up. It's such an awful journey. Only another 3 months. 🤞🤞🤞

I'm also a chronic migraine sufferer, and I totally agree with the above advice. My doctor has long advised me to take, in addition to my prescription migraine abortive, a dose of Advil (ibuprofen), Benedryl (diphenhydramine), and either coffee or Coke/Pepsi for the caffeine. And definitely no alcohol, especially the wine.

As for everything you experienced on your flight, I have no explanation. Probably not related to the medication.

There are two holes in your story, one, the doppelganger punched through your car window, shattering it, but later, it taps on your window again. two, your car ran out of gas miles from anywhere, but after killing your doppelganger, you drove home, how is that possible with an empty gas tank.? Unless you are the doppelganger and OP's body is the one that is dumped in the woods.

please share an update! i hope you get your real son back and can somehow get away from the imposter before it has a chance to find out that you’re onto it. maybe try tricking it by saying the police wanted you to bring him to the station to ask him some questions about his disappearance, and once you get there they can help you?
