I'm sure he most likely has, I never really thought of looking for others with this same 'gift', but I think I just might look for them. Who knows? Maybe they have an inkling of an idea of who that man was.

This kinda sounds like dopamine drills for people with ADHD and/or autism. I know that, because I'm like that. And I, too, have found myself in some bizarre and scary rabbit holes because of that. Be careful out there, OP, sounds like you could have died because of the obsession...
