I had no idea about the existence of HavenHotChicken or House of Naan until this thread.

Fries, mozz, tikka masala sauce and some tandoori chicken on top?

it’s weird, because I feel like I’ve dipped french fries into everything possible (good restaurant blue cheese being the best), but I’ve just never had fries and tikka masala available at the same time.

Idk where it’s located, but I had from this food truck a few months ago, called “street and savory” best truffle parm fries I’ve ever had.

Rudy's if you want Belgian frites in a bar with groovy dipping sauces.

Union League Cafe if you want French fries in a legit French Restaurant. They have fries but maybe also try the duck fat fingerling potato.

Maybe some people are shy and don’t feel comfortable asking strangers for help? What I am saying is New Haven isn’t just a city where you can just walk around Lake, New York city or Boston and find some cool stuff, you walk in the wrong area New Haven then you’re done for. Obviously, this is what they did. They walked around and found the worst part, they could’ve kept walking towards Yellen found something better, but I think the point is New Haven is ignite city for people who live here, but not that great for tourists.

Bruh I’m sorry. You drove hours for nothing. Yes there’s good pizza. Yes there’s a prestigious university. The city is stale as hell lol. There’s 3 blocks with worthy activity on crown college and temple lol. City is very underwhelming.
