I've been collecting the tickets of films I enjoyed for about 6 or 7 years, though I just keep them in a small metal container. I'm sure they'll degrade eventually, if some haven't already, but I guess I'll figure out how to preserve them once the container is full.

And my point is storytelling is more natural when they don't have to.

Reply to Here are my predictions of when we get some new movie trailers for April. by LegitimateHedgehog39
Blue Beetle - waaay too soon. If anything they might put it with The Flash.
Barbie - Not too soon. But, same deal they'll tie to to The Flash.
Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse - waaaay too soon. They'll probably tie a new one to GOTG3.
The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes - same. It might come at Comic-Con.
Same deal with these. The movies releases in the fall. There's no point in dropping trailers now. I sat through a ton of trailers for John Wick. Please NO MORE lol
Last Voyage of Demeter
Gran Turismo
Challengers

Yeah Toy Story 3 truly gave enough for each character by having it become a group escape movie.
I don't know what the reason for a 5th sequel would be. All of the Toy Story short films since Toy Story 3 have basically been what Toy Story 4 turned into.
I'd be interested in a prequel that followed Woody. Since he's a toy from the 50s/60s era, he clearly had a whole other life without Andy. Set him in a story with vintage toys of the time. I could see that working.

Well, everybody raved about The Worst Person In The World, and so my dad ended up buying a Blu-Ray so we could watch the damn thing. It was borderline torturously boring, but that was just us. Probably gonna be the same with EEAAO. Just gonna say "Fuck it!", and just watch it. (Available for free on streaming here, so...)

Running Scared (2006) is one of the greatest anxiety inducing, white knuckle rides of its genre. And I'm not even talking about the curve ball they throw you out of nowhere that may be the single greatest revenge fantasy ever committed to film.

Reply to comment by ignore_me_im_high in Cynthia Rothrock was the best Martial Arts female movie star and yet she almost never gets any credit by Lili_Danube
Chuck Norris wasn't that big a deal, man. His biggest releases were all with Cannon. If you know what Cannon was, you'd know why that's not great.
As for Jackie Chan, he didn't really play "tough" parts, he was generally a goof who got into trouble. Tough wasn't his persona. He was like the Tom Hanks of martial arts movies. Or Buster Keaton more accurately.
If you think being marketable isn't an important part of being a movie star... I really don't think you know jack-shit about the subject there. Sorry to say.

Same reason other countries will have foreign roles in their native language (and/or played by native actors).

I'll be honest, I felt like Hanging Balloon was one of the worst. I don't know the entire concept was deeply hilarious to me.
Of course they were all master pieces compared to anything with Souichi.

You’re trashing on a movie that’s the 4th in a series without having seen the previous 3. Fuck off.

Well, I’m sorry but that’s just your opinion.
I could give you a much longer-winded response about how dubious and unreliable resources about Covid are, and how unreliable the testing and reporting was, and about how the ‘experts’ kept conveniently changing their minds/policies on Covid, and about how profitable the lockdown and the vaccines were, but, I’d rather not waste my time.
You do you, I’ll do me; we’re both finally free to live that way, thank god.
(I can’t believe this guy mocked freedom like that’s a good thing)

Reply to What are some of your favourite comedy films from the 1990’s - Early 2010’s by Jeremyfurfaro
Jay & Silent Bob Strikes Back
Ace Ventura
i recently watched Idiocracy and that movie is way better than i remember and sadly a little too prescient
also not "early 2010s" but Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping is a rare gem in an otherwise comedy desert
