Literally just put text on a black screen at the end of the video with that info. Hold it there for 5-10 secs. Don’t make it upside down.

Black Adam was also pure shit. Both of them are part of a larger trend of Hollywood passing off low effort garbage and calling it gold. Their marketing is heavily social media based

It's beyond me how people can say this is good but something like Black Adam is bad .Both had wooden lead characters, both had little to no story with exposition as dialog covered in pretty cgi why are we making apples and oranges here.

Yeah! Kind of like desperation to save someone from your own fate so you do anything possible to get a warning through. Similar to when Andre breaks at the camera flash and tries to warn Chris to get out

That's the opposite of a distinction. Both those directors would be making a bad movie.

I saw it when it came out, and I thought it was fun, but I dont see why it was so awarded, I didnt think it was that great.
but the northman? that movie was awful. if you sat through that mess and enjoyed it, you'll like EEAAO.

That's my point it looks gorgeous and sounds phenomenal but there was no meat with the potatoes. Very weird for a James Cameron movie.

John Wick awesome. James Bond Craig Skyfall and Casino Royale awesome. Action movies from that era - Stallone, Arnold, Willis, Van Damme awesome also chuck norris. Bond movvies - Dalton best before Craig era. Action movies good ones still out - Top Gun 2 epic, Nobody was SO GOOD! BobOdenkirk ftw.

There will always be that one person who disagrees with someone for a personal reason that doesn’t apply to anyone else whatsoever.

>It should've been obvious to you that i was talking about movies made unskillfully, not directors or actors choices.
You did make a distinction. If intent didn't matter to you then there would be no difference between a director choosing to film an entire movie out of focus and a filmmaker who doesn't know how to operate a camera doing the same thing if both movies were, in your opinion, total shit.

I think that’s a great point. I just realised that there’s also a few more times when Georgina seems to break through like when she’s pouring iced tea at the start and gets told to go lie down

Lots of English speaking movies in non English speaking countries are dubbed (Sometimes you have the option to watch the movie subbed or dubbed, but there are less of that now) and Anime is only subbed if you watch it online. The one that is on TV is dubbed as well.
Source: I live in a Spanish speaking country.

The beginning of EEAAO was pretty slow and confusing but holy smokes did that movie totally shape up once it got going. Balled my eyes out like a baby multiple times. It is very well-deserved of its best picture win.
Also how did you not like parasite?
Have not seen the remake of AQOTWF or Athena but The Northman absolutely did not deserve BP especially over EEAAO.

I personally take it as Georgina's emotions coming out despite being in the sunken place. Like she can't do anything about it and she knows what's going to happen to Chris so the emotional reaction is so strong it breaks through momentarily.

Almost anything American made prior to the 1960s was almost completely in English. The first movie I recall with non-English speaking parts was Tora Tora Tora.
That's been changing now, especially as so much of the content on major streaming sites is foreign made.

I guess you should have paid more attention to that exposition, because it explained what you seem to be missing about the plot.
