IMDB is absolutely useless for anything with a woman or anybody not white in the marketing. The split second some Youtube grifter plugs that title into his madlibbed ragebait for the week, it's over.

David Lynch films are so much about atmosphere. You were just taken in by it, like all David Lynch fans. Enjoy this journey, my friend. đ
I donât worry about understanding it all â with some films, there isnât an intention of some some concrete understood story or plot.

Itâs not too late for Buckaroo Banzai 2.

Well prior to this system from somewhere around 2000 , you had Siskel and Ebert on the local news or Sundays. Sooo for the time it was an improvement. The question now is , whatâs better? Movie phone?

IMDb isnât terrible but youâve got to take it with a grain of salt.
Nerds review bombing things over their various dumb outrages has become a bit too common on IMDb lately too.

This is so disappointing to hear. I think that she is a wonderful actor and she seems so sweet.

I try to separate the art from the artist but I just can't do Tom Cruise.

I don't know how you'll feel about it, but I loved the new Dungeons and Dragons movie, and that will likely become a franchise.

If I take the whole family to a movie now, itâs going to run me 200$
Iâll just rent it at home for 6$ or whatever.

Yeah, even tho he is "out" of the matrix, he still was playing his part in it, while believing he was seizing control of his life. I thought that this swap of hand was foreshadowing of some sort.
It could just be me overthinking a simple reflection. Maybe unintentional, but still very cool nonetheless.

Wonder if he shaved his head for some reason then.
That picture years later he looks like his normal self with a full head of black hair

It rates a lot of great movies oddly low. Something can be considered an all time great, and it will be at like 68%.

Why do you need anything from critics other than âyeah I think itâs worth watchingâ or âno i donât think itâs worth watching.â That is the purpose of critics. That is their only purpose.

Here's a movie with the ambition to really go all the way with that concept, but not enough talent to pull it off:
He Said, She Said (1991). At the movie's halfway mark the narrative starts over and tells the story from the opposite perspective.
