That makes sense. Is Renfield as old as Dracula.

It’s more diving into Renfield, his henchman. Dracula is the third most prominent person in this film.

I think things got physical between him and Clooney on Three Kings

A few episodes were really good like Mysterious Tunnel, Hanging Balloon, Sandman's Lair and Layers of Terror but others were just boring, sometimes as the source would be. But in general it felt quite cheap, like the animation was done fast in a third world sweat shop. I don't remember Bloodsucking Darkness but a live action version of his stories would probably automatically look better most of the time, maybe except for the staple awesomely disgusting shot of some horrible creature or deformed person. I'd love a live Uzumaki, Hanging Balloon (Hanging Blimp) or Amigara Fault.

Getting massive Zelda vibes from this release date situation. Hoping that means they want it to be extra great instead of just consistent lingering production woes.

Transformers (2007) has a similar feeling for that late-2000s time period. People can argue about the overall quality of the movie, but it does feel very grounded in the setting and gives a good look at what life was like for a normal high school kid at the time

I picked one up maybe 15 years ago and messed around with it some. I thought it actually worked pretty well for the pack in game, the problem is holding your arm up gets really annoying after like 1-2 minutes. Who would ever want to play video games by holding their arm straight up in front of them for hours at a time?

I feel the exact opposite. Motion control sucked then, and it still sucks now. Wii remotes just mean another bunch of Nintendo games that will be difficult to port onto new system, same as their dumb dual screen bs.

The Expanse is great, but nothing at all like what OP is looking for. T2 is set in the "present", concurrent with when the movie was made. The setting is just the regular world, normal 1990s USA, with the addition of a robot from the future. It encapsulates what life was like for regular people at the time.
The Expanse takes place hundreds of years in the future in a completely different society than what we have today

Tom Petty's album Full Moon Fever has a song titled Yer So Bad, and there is a poster for the album on the side of an arcade game in the movie. Just a funny coincidence relating to this line of conversation I guess.

Reply to Bourne Movies by hockey-guy99
If I had to rank them it would go
Identity
Ultimatum
Supremacy.
I feel like the action could've been shot better in the 2nd and 3rd and it was quite repetitive e.g we've found Bourne activate the asset, oh wait he killed the asset. Do we have another one? Good activate that one. Find Bourne kill him!!!
I also feel like the endings were way too anticlimactic in the later 2 but overall I love everything else about them tbh.

Ta Ra Rum Pum was actually so cool, I really enjoyed it as a child and the film had so many bangers as well. The action scenes of races invoked goosebumps in me.

Before SMB3 was released in the US, my video rental store somehow had a Famicom version with an adapter that you could rent. A restaurant in town also had a Playchoice 10 arcade with SMB3 well before the US launch. The hype for that game was just unreal.

Kind of a stretch, but I’d check out “The Beach” with Leonardo DiCaprio if you haven’t already.
