No but Mel Gibson was formerly a priest struggling with giving up. Meanwhile his daughter would drink a little of a glass and say “it’s contaminated.” Maybe he was blessing the water the entire time.

I remember reading an interview with Edward Bunker who played Mr Blue. He was a real life
convicted criminal. When asked about the movie he said he didn't think Quentin had ever met a criminal in his life. The scene in the diner he said wouldn't of happened. Heist crews would never be seen in public together before a robbery. You'd stand out a mile. And you wouldn't argue over a tip. The staff would remember you. Especially in America were it's customary

I got a power glove for Xmas after this movie came out. Worthless. Piece. Of. Shit.

But I still have it in a display case in my office.

On a side note my parents had dropped me and my friends off at our local arcade when I was 5…. Besides the regular arcade they had several rooms with couches and Nintendo systems. …. Anyhow I vividly remember the owner coming in with a copy of super Mario bros 3. And putting it into the system in the largest room… had like 3-4 couches.
Nobody had played it yet or seen any gameplay outside of in the Wizard…. I sat for 3 hours watching a group of 12-13 year olds play Mario3 instead of playing arcade games myself.
A core memory that I’ll never forget.
