Yes, though there are also lots of large parcels that haven't been inhabited in a century or twp and many of which are now preserved - it was pretty much all farmed at one point, but now only the rich river floodplains and select hilltops are, so there are huge tracts of more difficult terrain that's regrown woods with only old foundations and stone walls. And trails. Lots of trails.

Yeah, that's a lie. They're going after said recipients too.

They recently told my brother he has to pay back 20,000 bucks- he was actually laid off and not working. He appealed and the employer didn't even show up, but they're still standing by it.

They're going to screw over innocent people and the bad actors are going to get away clean, same as it's always been.

Where it's legal here, it works very well. The window and parameters for it, where it is legal, is actually quite small. I know somebody who applied for it, but by the time they were ready to review it, he had lost some congnition and did not meet the requirements to fully consent.

Cigarettes, the dollar menu, and lack of exercise matter a heck of a lot more than health care access. Very few affluent people smoke. Affluent people tend to eat healthier. Affluent people tend to be more physically fit. Money matters some but behavior is the critical thing. If you need health care access for chronic behavior-induced problems, it’s already too late.
