I think rentnoho is still a thing, but they do charge a hefty fee. Easthampton is a great little town, and the whole valley is wonderful. I hope you love it here!

Honestly not a bad marketing strategy where yall could even be an improvement on communities like r/diWHY to share funny home improvement and whatnot tips and even better, distinguish the line between what an individual can/should take on by themselves and where they contact the pros (aka yalls business)

Using Boston as an example, the earliest sunset time on EST last year was 4:11 PM EST in early December 2022. You realize that this would mean a sunset time of 5:11 EDT if we had switched to permanent DST? It's not like 8:00 PM sunsets would be a year-round thing with permanent DST.

Any online aprtment thing is usually good although I've heard craigslist has gone down hill.

Easthamton is good for real estate ,reasonably priced but still close to Northamton,Holyoke and Springfield

Does any person actually hold that view? The type of people who are for more restrictive gun laws on individuals are also the type to not be big fans of the police having more deadly, militaristic weaponry.

I am not one of those who can comfortably afford anything in mass. Single dad of 2 (now) adults, no wife and looking for a 1-2 bedroom for $300K. Anything in that price range is pretty much non existent. Renting is nuts and you might as well have a mortgage but either way its incredibly tough to buy anything on your own. Depressing as hell as I need to leave my apartment since my building got bought out and my rent went up $1200. I feel pretty fucked either way.
