My advice to anyone looking to buy is just hold right now, be patient and save save save. But then again, who knows. People say the market isn’t going to fall again. Just need to do some hard reading from like housing economics professors from well respected schools. Most of the Time it’s a gamble tho.

All I’m saying is be ready to purchase when the low market comes along. M

There are decent quality apartments in Lakewood for $630~-$700, but not a lot. Just make sure to do your research and check the place out. I've lived on Clifton Blvd for years in decent, fairly large apts that are under $700. Generally in the large brownstone-style apartment buildings.

Yeah I'm just looking for a decent one bedroom that isn't an arm and a leg to rent. Step #1 is finding a job closer to Cleveland that pays more than my current job. Then I'll go from there. Probably gonna start filling out applications next month. I stand to lose a lot of holiday pay if I switch too soon.
