Thank you! I had a cat in the past who shed a bunch as well so I'm guessing it'll be similar but more for a lab since they're just a bigger animal. I appreciate your input! Every Labrador I've met has left a very strong impression on me.

20 years ago I worked on CeBIT for Philips. Next to us was Plextor who just released their iconic 8x2x2 cd-writer. After the whole week I asked the engineers why their billboard had the CD laying up-side-down in the tray with the purple/green up. (I don't remember which colour it was).

They said they haven't noticed and the only person saying something was me. I think I still have a picture somewhere..

Well they still shed A LOT. We were told they shed a lot before we got her, but this being our first dog we did not know what "a lot" actually meant.

If you get a lab and you keep them inside, you should know that you will see little hairs on the dishes you just washed and put away, on the clothes you just got out of your wardrobe, and also IN your underwear. I personally have not found a way to avoid it, no matter how much brushing I do.

Also, do not forget about the summer coat shedding to prepare for winter :)

With all that in mind, if you love a Labrador and give them attention they will love you with all their heart and show it to you.
