Ah, I have their simpler variant of label makers. They are a good company with great products and are not assholes to lock you in or force you to buy their refills.

It's a Brother QL820NWBc. I just got it and am still testing it, but so far it seems nice. The software is analogous to Word for fonts and pasting in pics, etc. One cool thing is that it's a thermal printer (no ink to smear), but somehow Brother has thermal paper that can be red or black depending on how much the printer heats up the paper/labels. It's really interesting. I haven't bought another roll of red/black thermal, but it there are third party (just black) labels out there, so I won't totally be locked into Brother for pricing

Now am interested in make and model of the label maker. That's pretty decent choice of colors and graphics.
