basically this! but i put it on med when the water is gone so it can build up that crust.

Substituted 1 cup of water w 1 cup of pureed frozen mango suspended in water or 1 cup of mango juice in a standard butter mochi cake recipe

Me too, but my excuse is that I want to make sure I enjoy all of the good part of the pizza before finishing the crust and by the time I eat all of the middle I’m too full for the crust. Vicious cycle.
