Well I used the recipe found on Tasty’s video “2 minutes cookies vs 2 hour cookies vs 2 days cookies” and it definitely sucked tbf. Someone replied that these would be much better if you throw them in the air fryer but I haven’t tried

I still suggest to use the oven

I usually put the dumplings first in a hot pan with oil. Let them fry for a couple of minutes. Add about 1cm of Water and put on a lid and let it boil/steam til the Water is gone.

Voila you now got fried/steamed dumplings!

I prefer corn tortillas, however...if you lightly warm up a flour tortilla they're absolutely not chewy at all. That's how my parents always did it. Little bit of butter, stack 'em, warm them in an oven wrapped in foil. No loss of moisture, no chewiness.

Hard as hell to find corn tortillas where I live.

I legit have no clue what makes a taco a taco. I always just thought putting shit on a tortilla = taco

Yeah I remember my first time cooking some thick steaks on a new grill. Suckers probably could've walked back to be cooked more but damned if they weren't juicy as hell.

I still prefer medium rare but I discovered rare ain't bad at all.
