I’ve repeatedly tried to engage the mbta about bowdoins lack of access. I was finally able to get an answer that the escalator is not being repaired, but eventually replaced. Really bugs me as I’m on the blue line and disabled and I could get to Whole Foods and target there. Never mind the department of mental health is inaccessible which is just shameful.

Have them meet you at the blue line's terminus.

Just curious, is the issue you think everyone should be allowed to get off there or that you think it shouldn’t stop there at all?

I don’t but it snarls traffic back up to departures

My understanding is it only exists to serve the ge facility there so who cares. Not like I was gonna take the commuter rail from Brighton to Lynn or whatever

If you live along the Pike, why are you taking the Sumner over the Ted Williams tunnel?

If they need to go to Fenway they should go Massport Shuttle > Blue > Green.
But Sunday is even more of a shitshow than a Saturday in the TWT so good luck.

You can visit the North End and go to a cigar lounge/bar at the same time

Stanza dei Sigari has a pretty good selection

If you aren’t serious about competing then any gym you can go to consistently is good. You should try free trials at all the gyms near you and decide where you the like the vibe.

the ICA is a pretty cool art museum (and relatively cheap) if you’re into that, you can get there via the silver line if you take public transit. there’s also the MFA but that’s a bit more expensive, boston public garden usually has some people playing music and is a nice walk, and harvard square has a bunch of cool shops (you can go there via the red line).

What’s up with the out of service elevator at the Bowdoin Blue Line Station? It’s been over a year that’s it’s been nonfunctional.

Right Field Roof Box is the hidden gem here. Amazing sight lines, reasonably priced and no lines for bathrooms or beer (they have a separate section behind these seats so you don’t need to go with the crowded Sam Adams deck)

Those are the best seats in Fenway for the money.

Stay away from the right field box. You literally have to look left and behind you to see the pitcher.
I would choose something along first base line juuuust under the upper decks. Usually best bang for your buck.

It seems there are plans to make it publicly accessible in conjunction with some adjacent development.
