I'm in canada, new Brunswick and to my knowledge it looks like a green snake or a garter snake but still very tiny!

Ah, okay. I never see any snakes around here, so while I do like them, I'm not too versed on what type/kind of snakes exist.

It’s unfortunate that when they won’t don't stay that blue, my lab had blue eyes as a pup and they eventually turned golden brown.
