Review video, speak with victim, mail citation. 30 minutes to two hours. The asshole determination has already been established.

I think their populations are cyclical and we will see years with more and years with less. Pennsylvania's fruit agriculture industry is still figuring out the impacts of the SLF spread.

Utilities are "average" in price in Pennsylvania. You don't give a breakdown, but I'm assuming electric heat, a far bigger house, or some other costly outlier here.

That, and the cost of respirators to avoid arsenic clouds from the dried up Great Salt Lake.

Yeah, nope. I did something similar as one of the shifts at a manufacturing plant. I called it the hell shift - two day time 8s and then two overnight weekend 12s. The ‘benefit’ was three days off but the fact was that your sleep rhythm was screwed for the six weeks you were on that shift, by then end you didn’t know if you were coming or going.

>if you're doing grass cutting for someone under the table (not a real employee), how do you properly file those taxes
"Under the table" means that the money that is changing hands isn't reported to any government entity, which is generally not legal. If you start jumping though hoops to pay taxes on this type of pay, it's no longer under the table.

Everyone’s saying how they barely saw them. This past September when I was kayaking the Susquehanna (Columbia area) they were everywhere on the river and would always jump on board.

I'm guessing this would be the same kind of taxes for Rover and Wag dog walking?
Another question, if you're doing grass cutting for someone under the table (not a real employee), how do you properly file those taxes?

I have a 1,400 sq. foot house - $89 water & sewage, $85 gas, $81 electric a month. For gas and electric, I do the plan where it splits it up over the year.

Utah just relies on the Salt Lake and now it’s almost dried out. Their costs are about to go waaaaaaay up

PA is pretty average with taxes. The GOP control of both legislative chambers (until recently) assured we don’t have a fair income tax structure. So we rely on bullshit things like the Johnstown Flood tax
dclxvi616 t1_jcs4yny wrote
I don't know why people can't seem to give you a straight answer. PA State Income Tax is levied at 3.07%.
If you expect more than $8000 of PA taxable income in the year that won't be subject to employer withholding you are required to file estimated taxes quarterly. This may or may not apply to you depending on your revenue and expenses. https://revenue-pa.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/246/~/who-should-make-estimated-payments-for-personal-income-tax%3F
You may or may not be able to qualify for Tax Forgiveness: https://www.revenue.pa.gov/TaxTypes/PIT/TaxForgiveness/Pages/default.aspx
Good luck.

Gas and electric for me fall around $500/mo. I have a well and septic so can't speak to those costs. For perspective, my home is 4000 sqft with 2 adults and 4 teenagers.
