Well, he's white, male, wealthy, and his dad has connections. So... Maybe 9?

You need to talk to a tax professional or pay for a program like TurboTax small business. Reddit isn't the place to get tax advice that you can 100 percent trust. If you screw this up you'll owe federal, local, and state back taxes plus penalities..
Here is a resource to point you in the right direction.

Also send in 3.07 percent per quarter to the state and whatever local income tax is to local municipal
You need to make sure you are logging all miles in the car so you can account for all of them. Business miles and non business miles.

I mean "life finds a way", but this is still upsetting and changing the ecosystem. Predators gaining new food sources isn't things returning to normal.

Asshole move for sure but what exactly is the police probe going to uncover?

The first year that the SLF moves in is the worst. They cover everything. By year 2, they're bad, but noticeably fewer in number. By year three the predators, parasites, and diseases have caught up to them. We're relatively close to the PA epicenter and they're just another insect. I see < 12 per year.

Wow! That makes so much sense. Johnstown has a very dark history of racism, which unfortunately still continues today. I was contacted by an older Johnstown native many months ago who felt very strongly that the current situation mirrored its history of banishing the black community in the past.

The Driver License Examiner is a Pay Range 05 level job. It’s compensation is between $41,917 to $63,179. It looks like a low level clerical error by the technician who created the posting.

I wonder how many more chances this 23 year old person is going to get from college sports programs. He got kicked out of Arizona State already.
