Not knowing what you mean by that I can't really comment. On a personal level I never had an issue with her beyond normal petty high school stuff. I don't really know her well enough in adulthood to say anything, but her husband is a decent guy and she seems to be fairly levelheaded on the board.

Don’t think of it as “hours not worked,” think of it as fair compensation for enough work.
The 40 hour work week was designed so one person could support a family while the wife (historically speaking) stayed home and kept the house and kids.
Now, typically both partners are working 30-40 hours a week. It’s time we the people took back the lifestyles the American dream was promised and stop working ourselves to death

Currently in a long term relationship. Marriage coming sooner or later. Won’t have to worry about a Baltimore commute as I’ll be working from home

You work overtime how are they going to force a company to pay for hours not worked .What about places that don’t allow overtime or companies that don’t want to pay for the extra 8 hrs and stop overtime all together

Don Bell's daughter is on the NYSD school board? He had an interesting sense of humor; I hope her's is a bit more refined.

I am.not doing 4 10s. As a paralegal the job can be so stressful that I can't handle it for more than 8 hours.

Yea. I'm not surprised. Looks like she has had quite a few run ins with the court system of various counties.

Who benefits from this? Shorten our work week, pay us less money. And yet we have to babysit the machines that are taking our jobs from us? Again I ask, and who does this benefit? We all know! And it sure as hell ain’t us!

I would prefer a refund rather than funds that were supposed to be going towards road improvements instead going to the state police

Thankfully I never had children so I do not have the pleasure of interacting with moms of PA.

Are you currently engaged, or are you saying you want to meet someone and get engaged in the next three years?
Because you might find it harder to meet someone in Southern York County than you expect.
It's a beautiful area. There are some great people. But it's sparse in areas. It's aggressively conservative in others. But also blown up with suburbs. I grew up in York and during the early 00's, that area blew up and taxes went up to support the necessary new infrastructure.
You might also not like the commute. 83 is a mess from so many People from Baltimore moving up there.
Gas, milk, and alcohol is more expensive.
But the milk is better

Classic PA move. Throw in an additional DUI and you have the average mom of this state .

Pennsylvania doesn't tax retirement income.
But there are taxes paid before you contribute. Plus federal taxes are still taken out
