They should sell the football stadium. They are a sports empire with a side hustle in education.

The PA 529 still isn't great. I use Ohio. NYS is good. So is Iowa. Anything basically run by vanguard has much cheaper fees.
.
The good thing is that the PA income tax credit for 529 contributions can be used for any state 529.
The PA 529 fees were even worse 10 years ago. But they're still not the most competitive.

I don't think this is true else there would be an exception in the law. The pdf is very clear that 70 percent is the law.
I also don't know any car that is produced with illegal window tint.

What factory makes a car for sale in the US with non legal window tint? Probably none.

Because that was the law.

The DMV doesn't handle tags because some legislator's brother in law owns a chain of "instant auto tags" shops.

I spent a month in Mississippi. It's embarrassing that that shit hole is part of our country.

Colleges and universities today are little more than Pro-Am sports teams that occasionally waste their "student" athletes time with classes. The rest of the school literally exists to support the sports teams. Especially Basketball and Football.

Aw ,man. Hate tires! I have a hard enough time rolling them out of the woods or whatever. I'm really bad at rolling them straight! But then to also have the water sloshing around inside. Sometimes I'd rather leave 'em.

The only reason for New Jersey is to keep Pennsylvania from the dirty dirty ocean

trust me when I say PSU is crooked as all hell at the top levels. 3+ years of serving in student government really left me disillusioned. there are students (and staff) that are driving themselves crazy trying to make the university better while the administrators & board of trustees could give less of a shit bc they are all making their millions.

Gulls are land birds. They are always found around landfills (which just used to be called garbage dumps). I lived in Pittsburgh, Philly, and the Lehigh Valley and saw them.
Now I live on the beach in CA and we still have as many pigeons as Market Square in Pgh.
