I’ve heard so much about other people’s jury experience that I would love to experience it first hand, and I think I would be good at it.

I got summoned twice in my life. Once in the military, California to be exact, and outside the military, Arizona.

Both time I just didn’t go. Hope that helps

Ok but this is pretty much standard procedure in American corporations.

"I can help you if you're honest!" "The judge won't like it if I have to get a warrant!" and other lies they're inexplicably allowed to tell

It’s very difficult to get out of federal jury duty. And if you do possibly get out of this one they put you right back into the mix. They want your service

Depends on the time of day. You’re definitely right at rush hour, but if OP drives through around noon time it should be absolutely fine. That’s what I inferred they were doing considering they are looking to sightsee.

This was infuriating to read but ultimately the judge did get reprimanded

What you attempt to do is two fold: answer my question by asking a bunch of questions (including a question to the primary question) and by attempting to apply criminal evidence standards to what at best can be described as either civil or administrative (i,e, ethics committee) allegations.

The case was an appeal of RE tax assessments for tax years 2018 thru 2021. Only those years on this particular issue was before the court. I have not seen where Tower appealed the Comm Court ruling to SCOPA. If Tower did not appeal to SCOPA, then their time to appeal has run (30 days from the Feb 10 ruling was today) and the matter goes no further. If they did appeal, then it is not yet showing up on the public docket. I believe an appeal is as of right (no need to request permission to file an appeal).

There is no "reapply" to this type of case. And no court, except SCOPA, to look at it under the rules. No agency in Hbg can overrule a court.
