Again, if a woman gets her boob bopped or butt patted by a guy, how does the woman provide evidence? What you provide is an orange to my apple. A punch may result in an observable bruise which could be evidence whereas an unwanted pat on the arse will leave no mark. Or do you think the police will dust her butt for fingerprints?

They should have hired UPMCs tax lawyer office...
My guess is that the judgment will include some sort of back taxes, or taxing jurisdictions are sending out back bills as we speak, but tower will inevitably delay things by appealing.

It's possible, but appears it moved somewhat over time. Difficult to tell from the picture though. In fact, pretty much every store moved / changed name over the years. This is common with malls. The only one that remained steady for 49 years was Sears, which closed down in early 2019.
Hopefully, they hang in there. Helps that Boscov's and Ruby Tuesday are nearby driving traffic.

Oh my god! You mean someone had a plant and fungus that naturally grow and a firearm! Sounds like a mountain man from the 1700s

How is that different from any other assault allegation? If you claim that some one punched you in the arm, they aren't going to just take your word for it and arrest the guy. How do you provide evidence?

Been saying for years that Tower Health (name probably inspired by the clock tower on its Reading Hospital) operates like an aggressive for-profit.
In my view, buying all those other hospitals weren't for charity, but rather a play to dominate health care in the region. In some ways, it made sense, since regional health systems are increasingly common.
However, Tower Health was ill prepared for what it was trying to do. Have to wonder if some top-level executives knew it wouldn't work, but somehow profited from it. Something that should be looked into further, though would presume some already have.
Tower Health should pay some tax to municipalities and the school districts they have facilities in, which is quite a few, especially within Berks County where it's based.

I recently got summoned and also went back and forth with ejuror. I unexpectedly had an interview scheduled the same day and I emailed them back and forth a few times and they wouldn’t give in. I just ended up skipping it and expecting to be called in again but haven’t heard anything. I was really bummed because under any other circumstances I would’ve loved to go.

I love that place. I see they opened a dine in option. Looking forward to trying it. Their Detroit style pizza is amazing. Coffee is good too!

I got out of Federal jury duty via medical excuse. My anxiety wouldn't allow me to travel to Philly.
Talk to your doctor and see if there is a medical excuse you can use. Your baby needs you at home, they can find someone else.

What! I was told that because I’m married and partially employed/unemployed right now (maternity leave) that I have no excuse!

There’s no need for you to show up. No sheriff in his or her right mind would come out to your home and arrest you under the circumstances. No way. No how. I’ve missed jury duty many times and have also served. Life sometimes gets in the way.

I remember my mom had jury duty when we were little. They still made her go to selection and my youngest sister was going thru that “always gotta be naked phase” and the daycare lady struggled with her lmao

Your still going to have to give them gas money and feed them. She dose not have family nearby to assist so that means someone has to drive in at least 30 miles and drive back .
