This is why you have renters insurance and why most land lord’s require it as part of your lease. Why are they making the landlord look like they have some obligation to rehouse the family. Assuming that the Cause of the fire is not due to the landlords negligence.

My mom has gotten dental work by students. And don't worry, people, there is a fully licensed dentist making sure the students do everything right, but the students know what to do anyway.

I'm 8 days late to answering this, but I was there and enjoyed myself. Everyone was very nice, but it was definitely a different vibe than the first one in 2019, which had better attendance, lasted for hours, and featured more lively discussion about the reason we were there...Newark. Also, I expected everyone would ID themselves like last time, which was NOT the case. If it were up to me, you'd have to wear a nametag with your real name and Reddit handle. 😊 The hope is to have more frequent meetups, so I hope more of y'all come out next time!

I seen them at Madison square garden in 2019 great show. Danzig and the band were running on all cylinders definitely worth checking out a band from New Jersey

Definitely helps that gaslight is opening for them

I'm not a fan, no. You're entitled to your opinion for sure, and if you like him that's fine. I was just pointing out other news/perspectives on these programs. Like I said, I'm for them and they do have positive impacts. They also have issues.
