I agree. Delicias de Minas is a Brazilian bar with huge screens. Wouldn’t call it a “soccer bar” per se. Outside of the other bars mentioned, there’s only Spanish and Portuguese members only soccer clubs I think.

Since you’ll be here for a bit though. There’s plenty of more legit soccer bars in the area. Mulligans in Hoboken, 1 Republik in north Arlington, and a quick train ride to NYC for a bunch more (Slainte, mchales, football factory, banter bar etc)

McGoverns Tavern is a great pub with great servers. Always have a great time there. La Cocina across the street is also really good food and the amount of food you get for the price is awesome. It’s normally enough for at least two meals. Elm Street Barbecue has the best ribs and chicken. Blueprint Cafe on Raymond Blvd. is great if your looking for breakfast, coffee, or a fresher, healthier meal. Banzai Sushi has the best ramen bowl. No Paõ has some unique hot sandwiches. Huryks Deli has the best coldcuts— great little hole in the wall. Fernandes Steakhouse and their smaller lunch place are both really good. And you can’t skip Nasto’s for the best ice cream!!

Yeah it def gets pricey. I tend to be 90% IPAs, 10% stouts & sours.

I want to set up a bottle/can share/trade amongst the local beer drinking community. Spoke to Steve @ Newark Local a while ago about it, and he seemed interested in being the meeting place for it.

Just can't be arsed to manage all the logistics lol
