Regarding Belly, no doubt Star is great, and their most commercially successful, but I think King is even better. I fucking love that album, even 28 years in, it never gets old.

yes but it also kinda sucks that demand for newer bands is so low. Rock music desperately needs some new blood to get big.

It’s just my story. It’s therapeutic for me to just write stories about my experiences.
Also it’s got like a space theme and the main character starts off having a good time and is wholesome and then the woman he loves sells him into slavery. Their forever changed.
It’s uhh an interesting experience haha. I can’t sing well and I haven’t released it yet but if I could sing I’d say it’s great and you should check it out! But alas I can’t

Deftones!?
White Pony > Around The Fur > Diamond Eyes > Adrenaline > Deftones > rest of the discography (which is still good. Gore is kinda boring though)

Snoop Dogg! Nothing he has done has ever come close to Doggystyle. If you count The Chronic (by Dr. Dre) as his debut, then nothing comes close to The Chronic lol.

Y'know, it really depends on the music. If it's something that tells a story or has a point to make (Pink Floyd, Rage Against the Machine, SoaD, etc.) then I pay attention. But if it's just a rock singer singing about chicks, cars, drugs, how proficient he is with his cock, or how much his band rocks, then no I listen to the music. I've been singing along with AC/DC for 30 years and I don't even know half the words. I just make sounds similar to what I hear (hey not my fault Brian Johnson was totally unable to be understood in an era when you couldn't look up the lyrics online).
