That’s a fair point, but sometimes I don’t mind but something in the smaller quantity that DG offers.

It would be cool if Amtrak went to Bangor and a seasonal branch line connected to Bar Harbor. It wouldn’t be PRoFitAble but it would improve traffic, carbon emissions, and be cool because trains are cool damnit!

I was a manager, paid $9 an hour, alone 5:30am-2pm to stock, clean, man the register, check in vendors, etc. ridiculous

I know, the way people generalize them is fucked. I live in a lobstering town and most of the people here are lobstermen. The way that people on this Subreddit hate on lobstermen with false information is just fucked beyond belief. Like holy shit I don't think a single one of them has actually met a lobstermen, let alone understand how hard they work every single day.
