Did the same thing with my laptop. I knew the law the whole time, but had them do the repair as if I was going to pay cash money, and when they gave me the bill I let them know that I was aware of the law, and that I'd be happy to show them all the info, but they didn't seem shocked, checked with the manager, and I was on my way.
This law also saved me when my freezer stopped making ice just outside of it's standard warranty.

Bella Maria is the best. I start every day with it!

Pretty much everyone makes this claim. I have no reason to believe it is a false pitch; those that are not are just another starbucks place.

That's not true. There has been a CFA in Westbrook (next to Market Basket) for about a year now.

The majority of oil we're using in the US is not coming from the Middle East.

I wouldn't buy stuff from places like Big Lots and Mardens if someone paid me $999 trillion. A lot of it--not all of it, mind--is residual junk from big-box stores that is in terrible quality either on the shelf or in terms of usage when you buy it. I'd rather get it nice and fresh from trusted retailers that I can read reviews from people on, and have solid return policies to boot.
But of course, everyone has their personal preferences, and that's okay. If your Big Lots air fryer worked good for 3 years, good for you, real happy for you. But my preference is sticking with my familiar places, thank you very much.

My stuff isn't too important, I've already gotten a refund and reordered everything. It's just that I have no use for the majority of the stuff they gave me, and it will likely be missed by the woman who did order it. And I don't have a Facebook, so I was hoping either she or someone who knew her was on here.

I think the original owners did a better job roasting imho. But it’s not bad

They've been out of business for a few years now. It is now a church, but I imagine it'll be a restaurant again someday.

Right there with you! By far my favorite. I usually buy and ship to friends for gifts because they all appreciate it so much.

We did exactly what you're talking about. Removed a forced air furnace and ductwork and installed mini splits. Overall, it's been great. We have Mitsubishi hyper heat which are rated down to -13. First winter we had only the heat pumps, and had no trouble. As a backup we got a wood stove insert this winter which is nice for lowering the electric bill, but not critical. It's time to ditch fossil fuels.

Carpe Diem in North Berwick. Sumatra and Thunderbolt Blend. And tons off flavored coffees.
They do mail order, but if you can get to the roaster it is heavenly to walk in smell the coffee.

It’s the same product you’d buy from any other big box store… it worked great for the 3 years and everyone is always jealous of the size.

So you're lying, then? You're probably giving out BJs or handjobs or whatever? Gotcha.
You can try reporting me but I dunno if you'll get very far. I'll report you for spamming n' scamming, though. Do better. Be better. Normal people not running scams would not be weirdly defensive when confronted, not to the degree you're displaying.
EDIT: Oh, I got beaten to the punch on reporting, it seems. Good.

I've used geothermal for sole heart source, but even with that I had a wood stove; it works when the power is out and is nice to have when it gets REALLY cold.
Don't get a pellet stove as the backup: those need power too (for the feeder), but a wood stove just works with or without power.

Michael’s is superior to hobby lobby imo and even in Maine the local fried chicken is better than chick fil a so it was never really an issue for me.

During that cold snap, the one in the apartment did not work. The Landlord had to run out and purchase a bunch of space heaters for tenants and pipes froze. So, no, they don't exactly operate on extreme temps correctly..

And you got it at Big Lots?
Yeah, I can see why it crapped out on ya after only 3 years. Buying appliances from places like Big Lots is a fool's errand. You're better off shopping around with Amazon, Walmart or Target and reading reviews--food for thought for next time!

Me, just give me some cold and I'll be all set until summer. Hypothermia over heatstroke!
