Wow…I was just gonna say “more better grammar” and I thought that’d be enough for people to get the joke. Apparently not.
Additionally, if you are going to try (and I do mean try) to correct someone’s grammar, it would behoove you to use proper punctuation. 🤣

It’s interesting to contrast this with the John Wooden Pyramid of Success.

What I find noteworthy is how Wooden’s approach is based on building a foundation and then moving to the next level. It’s a progression. The Harada Method is less hierarchical and more about integrating the various elements together. I see merits in both approaches and wonder if there might be a way to bring them together.

They won't come to you and stay if they're following this advice.

I agree with this. I just don't like the way it's worded, no they wont come to you like they are guided by fate.
Purely through statistics you will meet many people in your life and the good ones will stick with you.
You can't sit at home expecting to make friends, you must get out and meet people, through sports, activities, classes, shopping yada yada

You bet.
As I said in another comment, this is more to supplement or discuss the other, much higher voted post here for those people who see merit in it, without being outright confrontational or "critical" to it or them. I also tend to think you are right though, in terms of that I personally don't find the underlying idea helpful either. I think revenge is kinda petty generally. But if you (i.e. others) don't, then at least make sure you know not everyone gets the same ability to have this kind of "best revenge" and you shouldn't implicitly hold that against them, either.

Identify your feelings, and identify what's making you feel them.
Then you can begin to control them.

How does one do this without shutting down? I’ve repressed my feelings for so long that it’s overwhelming when Im feeling all these things and trying to make sense of it. I think I’m depressed bc of it and it’s just been hard… shoutout to all the kids that were told they were sensitive/emotional growing up, let’s get better for the kid we once were who didn’t get the support they needed, we fucking got this

I understand the thought process, and if you can’t stop thinking about your oppressors then sure, do better to spite them, but maturity would be to find value and confidence where you are. To take your focus off those who oppress you, and be content without their so called ‘success’. For some, success is just having peace and freedom, for others, it’s chaos.

Rather than merely dwelling, this advice is about unraveling, recognizing, and understanding the feelings.
Like being upset by rush hour traffic — is it just the traffic, or does the upset feeling come from another root? Is it making you late for your appointment, or does the guy blasting past in the slow lane make you worried about what could happen to the safe drivers?
A lot of stress comes from not understanding. If you can ease your reactions to your feelings, you can begin to observe them, and then eventually understand them better.

Everyone that is interested in this format…
This is an end result of an entire program and a process. Shortcutting to this because it was published won’t help you achieve your goals.
The harada method is legit. One step of it won’t drive the change you need.

100% gotta be reminded every now and then that I am going to be very unhappy with what I do sometimes. Just keep going. Improvement is not linear! What matters is the will to wake up the next day and try again.

Cool little art thingy but bad context imo. The statement doesn’t make sense to me. It’s like “the more you shower, the more you realise the water is wet, here is some yarn” xD

Genuius conclusion but no to study any scientific degree you need to have a decent physics and math knowledge because the fields often cross eachother

Yep, death is imminent so live your life or accept your end. Who cares how you die, just enjoy the ride. By the time you're dead, you won't feel anything.
