happened to me in college. My roomate dropped out my senior year and i lived alone. That was when i really spiraled - which it sounds like you are now. Routines helps, and the devils grass don’t. But easier said than done. What helped me was getting a job and being around people. It forced me to get out of my own head and live life.

Making a small mistake in some industries or even admitting ignorance can cost months if not years in political capital, whereas political capital can glean moments to learn given an advantageous person.

Go interact with a persons in a wheelchair or adaptive athlete. They seem to smile a lot and the ones Im around never complain. Its checks me everytime.

I was a pro athlete in my past life. I didnt start out killing it. Or sponsored. It was a growth. Enjoy the process, do the work, and consistency is a scary tool.
