You have your whole life to fix your life. Bad things happen. And that’s okay. It may not seem like it at the time but some failures set us up for success even if it doesn’t look like it. Struggle comes and goes no matter how severe or minor they may seem. It’s how you deal with the struggles that will dictate the course of your life. You got this.

So I do dance classes. If I book a class I'm much more likely to go. I don't go every day, 3 time a week. It's alot of fun. I'm not great at motivation if I have to do it myself.

Maybe try booking something that interests you. Karate, roller skating, or any kind of random thing.

I hope that you truly understand and grasp that no one in this life has a “fixed life”. We all have stuff we battle, problems we face, and no matter how polished and pretty it looks on the outside, the truth on the inside is disgusting.

I say this to only say “you’re not alone”. You’re not the only one with a messed up life..most of us are all, in some degree, right there with you. Keep up the good fight, friend.

Keep at it buddy ✊ you are worth it. 🫡 some of us will be cheering you on from the side line because we mean you to do good. When some of us see others do something, it’s like laying the ground. NO pressure to you of course, I just mean to say, please don’t feel alone, we are with you.

I spoke about being grateful for what you have, you have just done the opposite. I never said being grateful will make your chronic pain disappear. It’s a mindset that improves your wellbeing. Humans figured it out thousands of years ago. We tend to not be automatically conditioned toward being grateful, therefore it takes practice to change.
