Good point, i think here they assume that you would be able to reasonably distinguish what is a valid or worthy 'opinion'. When it comes to an opinion that expresses critisism it can be very hard to do that if you are not very confidant

Does the designer understand how checklists work? You can’t put a checkbox next to each line of a paragraph and call it a list. That’s how you ended up with trying to figure out whether to check off “▪️ look at them, own them”

This "motivational" message is kinda lazy imho. I am food insecure, housing insecure, have poor health and no support system. Believing that I already have everything isn't motivational, it's delusional.
