If it's not working, it's working just as it would work if you removed it all and filled it in.
Think to yourself "Do I really want to finish this project" before you start any project.

>It is not falling out of the sky
You know that stuff called dust that accumulates on everything? It's not just spontaneously coming into existence... Now imagine that over hundreds of square feet all being washed to a specific point by rain over and over and over again...

I just had the same thing with cabinets this week. I ended up ripping 2x2 blocks, nailed a new work box into one side and framed all the way around. Screw the frame with box into the cabinet back, so the box sticks out, then used 1/2" birch plywood cutout to make it the same material as the cabinet.

I believe code is for bath outlets to be above when a certain distance from sink for safety.

Perfect, you've already got it sorted then. (It isn't obvious from the photo)

Tbh, I'd have just dug up the rocks, filled it with some nice absorbent soil, and plant a row of flowers. If the trench is particularly deep, keep a layer of large rocks at the bottom, soil and flowers on top.

There’s a hgtv builder Nicole someone and she used the metal posts in her wooden fence build. You couldn’t even see them and the reasons you struggle made it a great choice to support the new wood. I wish I could link things and add pics like the cool kids but the idea and Google is plenty for a doer as yourself. Hope it helps but it was genius promise.

Consider attaching rolled bamboo to it on either side. Will last much longer than a new wood fence in Seattle and can be quite pretty. Wood anything in Seattle turns to rot so quickly. See:

Yeah, I'd ditch all of the current rock and sand and just fill in drainage stones

That's pretty neat. In terms of time and effort required, how does it compare to hanging up the board by making holes in the wall and then patching the holes later, aka the usual method?

The outlet could be in the cabinet below. You'd just need enough room to snake the cord down into the cabinet. Make sure that you can fit a bulky plug, like the ones on hairdryers.

If most of the posts are solid, just use them as others have said. You can come back and stain the fence boards, and paint the posts themselves.

Did someone say french drains?
This guy's channel shows so many different situations. And he takes the time to explain why he does what he does.
EDIT: and someone already linked his channel. But it is worst doing it twice.
Corrugated is the WORST to move water.

Did the same. Stops dust from falling off the block / brick work.

I was going to say, you don't need a DIY store, you need a camping/outdoors store and to get a survival wire saw. With those things you can fell a small to medium tree, and have it cut up in next to no time with one of them. They come in long enough for either one person or double length for two people but the OB saw wire is the same idea.
Like you probably found out, speed is your enemy with those saws. You need to keep them moving slow and steady so they don't get too hot, otherwise they stick- whether it be the sap of a tree or the glue on the wall!

Painting the floor will also do wonders for the feel of the space, it'll stop dust being lifted into the air every time you walk/drive on it.

Replace the hinge with another euro-style hinge. I don't know that specific one, but on some euro hinges you can see the spring that closes the door. In your photo I don't see that hinge, so maybe it broke or simply wore out and get stretched so it doesn't close the door any more.
If you measure the screw spacing and the cup size you can probably just replace the hinge for a few bucks. A new hinge should have a more positive snap closed action to it.
